Testing
Functional Testing
As a QA Engineer, I am responsible for evaluating software products and systems to ensure adherence to both the industry and customer's quality standards.
Test Automation
One of the aspects I have found to be the most interesting is learning about automation testing within my role as a tester. I have working experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium, Java and Python.
Performance Testing
I am a Certified Performance Tester with JMeter, and have worked with mission-critical systems to ensure their correct behavior under pressure.
Technical Writing
Technical Documentation
As a Technical Writer, I am responsible for all of the official documentation for the products I work with. This includes the creation of User, Developer and Administration guides, and API documentation, among other things.
Copy Editing and Writing
A strong linguistics and grammar background allows me to work as both a copy editor and writer. I have a passion for writing, which comes in very handy when having to review work to make sure that there is a clear and defined voice.
Marketing and Technical Blogs
I also write blogs for the same applications I document in collaboration with the Marketing and Product Management teams. These range from release articles to more technical and developer-oriented ones.
Translation
Technical Translations
I have worked with software and technology companies to translate content in relation testing, software development, and mechanical engineering, among others. Most of my work consists of translating and reviewing multiple-platform applications to ensure their consistency.
Literary Translation
I have also been involved in the translation of books, dissertations, and articles.
Subtitle Translations
I have experience with subtitle translations for organizational videos and marketing content.
